Hole in the Wall Bakery: A hidden treasure of Fremont County serving homemade bread, scratch cakes, pies, cookies & box lunch specials!
(Riverton, Wyo.) – Hole in the Wall Bakery is a unique, family owned shop specializing in down-home cooking and baking. The shop is in its first year of business and is best known for its homemade bread, scratch cakes, pies, Monster Cinnamon Rolls and Sticky Buns. They also have awesome cheesecake in flavors you won’t find elsewhere. Delicious cookies and Box Lunch Specials are featured for each day they are open and include mouth watering selections that include a Monte Cristo Panini, Meat Loaf Sandwich, and Roast Beef Green Chili and Pepper Jack Panini, just to name a few of the daily specials.
The business is owned by three family members spanning three generations: Jean Hahn (Grandmother), Kim Yennie (Mother), and the 3rd generation family member, Audra Nisely. Audra said, “There is no place on earth quite like Wyoming and we hope that we portray all that is wonderful about it. Down-home people who are friendly and like good food and friends”!
Call in or come in to try the delicious items. Bakery hours are Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. -2 p.m. unless picking up an order. Call in orders from 9 a.m. -5 p.m. Monday through Friday. That way everyone can get what they want when it is convenient for them! They will also be taking orders for lunches of 5 or more.
